How our journey began!

Rebecca Cushway started her career training, assessing and counselling long-term unemployed people to develop skills and access employment. She has 30 years of experience working in Organisational Psychology and Counselling. She became the managing director of Careers Excelled Organisational Psychology in 2005. Rebecca is an active member of the Australian Psychological Society and a Fellow of the College of Organisational Psychologists and has additional qualifications in business management and interior design.

Rebecca’s experience spans a range of sectors including Health, Banking and Finance, Government, Not for Profit, IT and Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Construction, Mining, Disability, Sport, Childcare, SMEs and Professional Services. Rebecca works with Boards, Executive Teams, Management and Front Line Staff across a range of areas including Culture, Strategy, Change, Capability, Assessment, and Career.

Rebecca has a strong commitment to her own learning and developing others. She has been an AHPRA Supervisor for Psychologists, held board positions, and mentors organisations and their staff through significant change. Rebecca is passionate about assisting individuals, teams, and organisations to develop and implement an authentic purpose, strategy, structure and skills. She has a strong focus on developing potential, creating inspiring leaders and well-designed, healthy environments and spaces to live, work and thrive.
